I'd say it's mostly life ig, I have a terrible luck and let's not include my frequent episodes (+ PTSD episodes that got added up since January) I don't want to gaslight myself into thinking I'm okay because I know deep down I'm not and the only way to actually get better is to acknowledge my own feelings and not hide them because hiding them will just make the problem worse,,, I'm not. really someone who views things as doomed, I always try to get the positive from my situation and try to focus on it!! 
I also have wonderful people by my side so!!! (Bea, Flandre etc HEARTS ON Y'ALL)
